Your hips have been tight for years. You’ve stretched them, foam rolled them, done the work. They open for a day — then lock again. Your shoulder hurts in the same spot it always has.
This isn’t bad luck. It’s adaptation. Your body learned to protect itself around patterns built long before you started paying attention.

Who I Am
My name is Marcel . I've spent over 20 years learning what it actually takes to feel at home in a body — not just look the part.
I practice what I teach. Freestanding handstand push-ups, planche, front lever, one-arm pull-ups — built over 20 years, without a gym, without shortcuts. Not to impress. Because I needed to know what real capability feels like from the inside.
My work centres on body image, shame, and confidence — not as abstract concepts, but as things that live in the body and can be changed through it. I've explored these most deeply in the context of men's experience. But the work speaks to anyone ready to stop living at a distance from themselves.
My approach is somatic — which means the body isn't just where we work out. It's where we work. I draw from movement science, philosophy, and psychology, but none of that matters as much as what happens in the session. Lasting change doesn't come from understanding the pattern. It comes from feeling a different one.
This is a body-safe space . Whatever your history or your relationship to your body — you don't need to perform or explain yourself here. You just need to show up.
